  • Lie on the floor with the palms of your hands under your head and raise both feet.
  • Begin to return your right foot to the top towards the abdomen and move the left hand towards it so that the elbow of the left hand touches the knee of your right foot with the extension of the left foot.
  • Repeat this step 10 times.
  • Take a deep breath for 10 seconds.
  • Do the same steps with the left foot and right hand and straightening the right foot.

3. Hanging leg exercise:

This exercise requires high physical fitness and strength in the arms, as it is highly relied on the strength of the arms to carry the body and hold it for several seconds, which helps to divide the abdominal muscles well.


  • In this exercise, we will need a stick fixed and hanging from the ceiling or use the device designated for this sport in sports clubs.
  • Stand on your feet straight with your back straight.
  • Hold the stick with both hands and take a deep breath and suck your belly.
  • Raise both feet straight so that they are at a right angle and maintain this position for 10 seconds.
  • Get down to the ground and take a deep breath.
  • Repeat the same steps 10 times.

4. Spider exercise

In this exercise, more reliance is placed on the arms and the movement of the feet, which helps to tighten the abdominal muscles well, which helps to form the hexagonal division.


  • Lie on the floor on your stomach, raise your body to the ends of your feet and place your hands on the elbows.
  • Take a deep breath and suction your abdomen and begin to move one of your feet towards your abdomen in a bend, then straighten it again.

5. Feet Raising:
